Go Help is a UK adventure charity that is committed to working with local communities in Central Asia and Central America to improve their access to education and healthcare services. It is run by volunteers, and begun as an effort to launch and operate ambulance services in third world countries.

The cause is now much broader and they endeavour to help local organisations in any way they can. Go Help's fundraising platform is called Charity Rallies, which runs the Mongolia Charity Rally, the Roof of the World Charity Rally, and the MesoAmerica Charity Rally.

How they do it Go Help support a number of annual projects to raise awareness and funds for their work in Mongolia. They are most notorious for their Ambulance Project which aims to provide vehicles of medical use to communities most in need.

Why Charity Rallies? Go Help has initiated various fundraising events, specifically charity rallies to fund sustainable health and education projects across Central Asia. Its two major fundraising events are the Mongolia Charity Rally, which has been in operation since 2007 and the Roof of the World Rally to Tajikistan, whihc has been running since 2008. The Mongolia Charity Rally involves teams driving from Central London to Ulaanbaater by any route they choose. The length of the drive is approximately 10,000 miles, and takes around 30 days. Teams are required to raise a minimum of £1,000 to support Go Help projects in Mongolia.
